Translucent umbrellas
spread above a lion's mane
Gorgon locks
Floating freely
Drifting cloud-like
Nettled tresses
questing
Long fingers
trailing through currents
feeding upon
brightly darting Wisdom
Delicate eggs of Fertility
Knowledge awaiting their consumption
Finned Fortune
playing into opportunistic clutches
Happiness on the half shell
Crustacean Creativity
whetting their paralytic palates
Glowing like remembered dreams
Blooms of pulsating bells
sounding the tides
"Boneless
Brainless
Heartless
Lung-less
Diffusing vital Air
through our very skin
Our vulnerabilities
become our strengths
Allowing us
to drift without seeming effort
through life's
oft trying or turbulent waters
Singers of Faithful Acceptance
We take no sides
building our lives
in radial symmetry
Organizing
Simplifying
Dividing our labor
Let go
who you are told to be
Brave the heart of truest self
Embracing barbs
weaknesses
and brightest potentials
in honest balance
Go with the flow
Trust the Universe
to provide necessities
as you flow along your path
Bring to the surface
your most painful memories
accepting the wisdom of your wounds
Your scars are evidence
You will heal again
the compass of your instincts
consistently seeking true North
Hidden hostilities
Jealousies
Aggression
turned inside or out
serve no one
You cannot make
yourself more
by attempting to lessen others
or making choices
that tear away
pieces of your soul
little by little
Shine from within
Be a beacon of individual design
Inner Peace harmonizing
with Life's creative pulse
Your honest soul light
an inspiration to others
looking to find
or follow their own heart's glow."
For those new to the game, each poem is inspired by a Teacher found in Nature; a star, stone, animal, plant etc that holds lessons of Wisdom for us. Can you guess who is singing?
Though the singer is mysterious, the song is one I know. Beautiful words and thoughts. And thank you for stopping by to note an affection for all things bunny.
ReplyDeleteThis Teacher is the Jellyfish and is waiting for it's informative bit to be written lol I do have affection for all things bunny too :) But that's a different poem/post
